Gurgaon Housing Situation: Buyers Market?

With the boom in the real estate sector and the rapid shift in population into the urban areas, the housing market has become very competitive of late. Nowhere is this more evident than in the National Capital Territory of Delhi and its suburbs, which are seeing a literal explosion in terms of construction projects. Gurgaon in particular is a hub of activity for new projects.

The comparatively better housing situation in Gurgaon is one reason for this. While Delhi proper is vastly overcrowded and congested, flats in Gurgaon are bigger and better, more modern. There is more land available at cheaper rates, thus the builders of the Delhi NCR are also going for this region in preference to others.
 
The region is also calmer and more stable, and relatively pollution free compared to Delhi. It has all the facilities and amenities one could want with vastly better housing options and this is convincing more and more people to choose a property here. The rise of the large new township projects is also viewed as a path of tremendous growth, since not only will they provide much needed jobs and housing to the market, they will help in long term growth of the area as a whole.

Several Builders in the Delhi NCR are already involved in such activities, with more new players sure to join in soon, but the most promising projects seem to be the ones of ILD. It is already an established name in the real estate sector and boasts of several award winning projects and has ambitious plans and tremendous potential. Given a choice, definitely add these builders’ projects to your list.
 
With the new government taking power at the center and a strong economy forecast, the prices of these dormant plots of land are sure to shoot up. The builders will be looking for more the longer you wait, so as a customer it is imperative that you invest now for your home in the Delhi NCR, or else you may lose your chance.
