New Gurgaon

New Gurgaon showcases commercial spaces, residential apartments, villas, IT-parks, and retail spaces. Today, it is considered as one of the top growth corridors of the Delhi NCR.

New Gurgaon is considered as a fast-emerging growth corridor and the next destination for real estate investment.

The new master plan 2031 has opened up many sectors for real estate development in this region.

New Gurgaon showcases commercial spaces, residential apartments, villas, ITparks, and retail spaces.

Infrastructural development Huda has plans to strengthen New Gurgaon's infrastructure and improve connectivity with a majority of the sector roads planned and made with ROW (Right of Way) of 84 metres (60metre sector roads with 12metre service roads on both sides).

Approach roads in Sector 81 to Sector 95 includng Sector 93 leading up to NH-8 have already been completed. The central verge and roadside plantations on sector roads are nearly complete while street lights on major sector roads are operational in all these sectors.

Work on junctions is in full swing.
Plans for enhanced connectivity include a proposal to convert the Delhi Airport line under the Regional Rail Transit System (RRTS) and connect it to Alwar through Gurgaon and Rewari, thereby improving the overall connectivity of the area. An elevated corridor till Jaipur is envisaged as a long-term solution to improve connectivity of Gurgaon with other states.

The 1,483km-long DMIC with its Node 6 near Manesar-Bawal Investment Region near New Gurgaon will be a major junction for freight loading and unloading.

The capacity of the Chandu-Budhera water treatment plant has been augmented in order to boost existing capacity and remove the dependency on Basai Treatment Plant.

Huda has started laying pipelines in Sectors 58-115 and has also plans to carve out a separate body to handle water supply in the area.

Dwarka-Gurgaon Expressway, which connects Dwarka with the NH-8, will bring Delhi and Gurgaon closer once it is complete. Currently, there are only two roads connecting Delhi and Gurgaon-MG Road and NH-8-but, these are proving inadequate in handling the traffic density of daily commuters between Delhi and Gurgaon. Once Dwarka-Gurgaon Expressway becomes operational, connectivity will become smoother, faster, and so much easier, especially in reaching IGI airport.

Power shortage to power surplus Haryana's power supply is set to improve in a big way with four new power plants coming on line in Haryana. Power generation capacity of the state increased from 1,587MW to 5,800MW in the last five years.

As for social infrastructure, reputed educational institutions have set up their branches along the expressway. Modern School is opening a branch in Sector 91, New Gurgaon, while MatriKiran School is under construction. Also, national and international healthcare brands are setting up branches around Dwarka-Gurgaon Expressway.

All this adds up in making DwarkaGurgaon Expressway a new hub for exciting realty developments.

The expressway is 18km-long and 150metre-wide road with 60 metres of greenery on both sides, and is twice the size of NH-8. Already, 14km of the 18km stretch has been completed.
